7 and 6 for sure aren't plants you need to keep. You can usually tell by their root systems. Weeds have one long tap root, a real plant will have a larger network of roots.
My dad has looked at these and says that 1, 2, 3, and 6 are different varieties of oak trees. He says number 4 is "nandina" and number 7 is "beauty berry". He says that some people like the "beauty berry" because of the berry. I don't think I'll be keeping it. That still leaves number 5 unidentified. It's a big bushy tree. The top picture is actually turned sideways.
5 looks like a type of weigela to me. It's a large flowering shrub and there are several varieties, different leaf colors, etc. 7 may be pretty, but it looks like something that would break me out! I'd get rid of it - carefully. I agree that 4 is nandina. There's a pinoak that might be 6.
Hey - apparently I have an old email address for you. I think you have mine. (It's not the hotmail account.)Please email me your new home address. Thanks!

Several of those are weeds and oak "sprigs" that are unwanted. I'll have to look at the others a bit more carefully to give you any feedback.
