Several of those are weeds and oak "sprigs" that are unwanted. I'll have to look at the others a bit more carefully to give you any feedback.

7 and 6 for sure aren't plants you need to keep. You can usually tell by their root systems. Weeds have one long tap root, a real plant will have a larger network of roots.

My dad has looked at these and says that 1, 2, 3, and 6 are different varieties of oak trees. He says number 4 is "nandina" and number 7 is "beauty berry". He says that some people like the "beauty berry" because of the berry. I don't think I'll be keeping it. That still leaves number 5 unidentified. It's a big bushy tree. The top picture is actually turned sideways.

5 looks like a type of weigela to me. It's a large flowering shrub and there are several varieties, different leaf colors, etc. 7 may be pretty, but it looks like something that would break me out! I'd get rid of it - carefully. I agree that 4 is nandina. There's a pinoak that might be 6.
