We have taken this step. Here is a picture of the house we have made an offer on:
This house is not such a fixer upper as the other one we posted. It needs some new carpet/flooring and paint and maybe to be rewired, but otherwise it is livable. Along the way, we would do some updating, but we could very well be in it in a month or two at most.

Yes, it is. It is at the opposite end, though. We are supposed to get an answer today.
So exciting! How many rooms? What's the layout? I guess you can go into details if your offer is accepted. What does Nathan think about the prospect of moving?
