Well, once again I am right at 10 pounds lost. On Friday, I was at 11.4. What happened? I ate/drank the way I should have. I exercised. Oh well. I'm really not concerned. I have a new positive attitude thanks to our newly purchased treadmill. I just couldn't find a good time to get out and get some exercise on a regular basis. So...we made a purchase (knowing that the government was sending some money our way soon). We got the treadmill on Saturday. I didn't use it Saturday night (I was doing work around the house), but I have used it the three nights since. I really do think that it is going to work out well. I can get some exercise and still watch the tv shows that I enjoy at night. I'm hoping that this will get me back on track for losing weight!

I don't know about you, but I thought the panel looked pretty cool!
