things made

Back in March, I made a couple tea wallets for Lisa's birthday. I forgot to take a picture of the second one, but here are some pictures of the first one. (I like this one better anyway.) I like this kind of project...short. I love being able to start and finish a project in one sitting.

In April, I made a couple hooded towels. I originally planned to just make one for Sara Grace's birthday. Once I picked out the towels to use, I decided that I couldn't pass up making one for Caroline as well (she really needed it, too, since she's outgrowing her baby towels). So, here are a couple pictures of the one for Sara Grace and a couple pictures of Caroline using hers.

I think the tea wallets would be good for a normal wallet, too. Looks perfect for credit cards. I thought the pictures of the girls post-bath were really cute, I didn't even know you made the towels. You're so crafty!

you've got to share your patterns & plans! I didn't know they sold terry cloth in stores, either. The tea wallets are really, really cute.

I'll put the links up to where I found instructions for these things. I pretty much made the tea wallet just like what I found. I modified the towel one a little, though.

You can buy terry cloth, but I didn't. These are made out of one bath towel and half of a hand towel each. They are VERY easy to make!
