You are all on the right track. It's all the components to hook the computer to the tv so I can watch the online shows from the comfort of my couch. And yes, it does include wall plates and such since they're in different rooms.
Well...like...if you go to CBS.com (or any of them) and watch a video. I usually watch episodes of shows that I like but have missed. But really, anything that you see on the computer you can see on the tv. It's like making the tv a computer monitor. And he also got me a remote so I can control the computer from the tv as well.
