behind on the weekly updates

So...I'm like a week and a half behind on my supposed weekly weight updates. It really wasn't intentional...really. Anyway, there's no particularly good news to report. As of Tuesday the 5th, I had gained a pound. I wasn't surprised. I didn't eat so great. As of this past Tuesday, I had lost .8 of that pound. So, on average, I am doing ok. (Just over a pound a week.) However, I really need to get back on track. I'm not so sure what is going to happen this week. I'm now on a second round a prednisone for my poison ivy. It is known to make people gain weight. We'll see. If I can get back on track, I can be at 10 pounds lost by my birthday. That would be good. I would be happy with that.

You may have said this before, but what is you goal weight loss?

I have several goals. 20 pounds would get me to pre-Caroline weight. 40 pounds would get me to pre-Nathan weight. 50 pounds would get me almost to college weight.

A friend of mine uses a food log online at sparkpeople.com & she also posted about a calorie counter at the about.com website that grades your food for you. That might help you with your "choices" that you make. Maybe. I've never used them before.
