weekly weight update
Well, I lost another .8 lbs this past week. I didn't do the best eating, but I did get a little exercise (yard work and ice skating) in, so I guess they balanced out some. I really need to do better on my eating this week so that I can catch up to my 1 pound a week goal. We'll see.
