fixing to leave the hospital
Though the doctor assigned to Jennifer (her real OB is out of town) forgot to come see her this morning, the girls are cleared to be discharged today. We are packing things up and getting ready to go. Nathan and Caroline will be here in a bit and we'll all go home together. It'll be nice to be home, and it's Jennifer's birthday today, so it'll be particularly nice for her not to have to be in the hospital all day.

Happy Birthday Jennifer!! I'm rather surprised you're able and feeling up to leaving so soon after having had a Cesarean! Good for you. Spending your entire birthday in the hospital does NOT sound fun! Hope you all get settled in today and things go smoothly at home!
Happy Birthday to you! That's exciting to come home from the hospital. I'm glad Sara is doing well, too! What a sweet birthday present for mommy.
