progress?

Yes! I had my weekly OB visit this morning. While I waited (longer than normal), I noticed that I was having more contractions than I have been lately. I didn't really pay too much attention, though. After all, I've been having contractions for months and they come and go. Earlier in the week I was having more and thought something might be coming...and then they stopped for a day and a half almost completely. So anyway, when I finally got to see the doctor, she asked if I wanted her to check me. I told her I did so that I would know if anything was happening (I was completely closed last week). I'll save you the details, but it turns out that I was 3 cm and about 75% effaced. So, I don't know when the progress happened, but sometime in the last week my body has made some progress. You never know...these contractions that I'm having today might just be working to get a baby out soon. I intend to update on here if I know anything, so stay tuned.
